Stash — a personal cannabis tracking & learning system
Remember what you tried. Notice what worked. Make your own patterns easier to find. Stash brings products, Sessions, daily context, purchases, a 100-strain starter library and personal Insights into one calm Notion system—without turning cannabis tracking into homework.
Stash is built around one useful question: what actually tends to work for me? Log a Session in a few taps, connect it to the product you used and the day around it, and let your history become easier to read over time. Stash keeps reference information separate from your own experience, so strain labels and terpene notes stay clues—not promises.
Why It Works
Stash does not grade your cannabis use. It gives Past You enough information to help Present You spot patterns. If your recent rhythm changes, Stash compares it with your own history, not an arbitrary idea of how often an adult is “supposed” to use cannabis. It also distinguishes number of Sessions from number of days used, which matters if your normal routine includes several small [or large, no judgement] doses in a day.
The system is intentionally lightweight: log enough to be useful, skip what is not, and let the database do the remembering. After roughly a week or more of consistent history, Insights become more meaningful; before that, Stash is comfortable saying it is still learning your usual rhythm.
Use Stash on its own, or connect it to Higher Living OS ™ later. The bundled Daily Plan uses compatible fields where the concepts overlap, so upgrading does not have to become a tiny data-migration hobby nobody asked for.
