Make Higher Living OS yours

This is a flexible starting point, not a rulebook. You can keep the supplied structure, simplify it, or expand your favorite sections as life changes.

Begin with the basics

  1. Duplicate the Higher Living OS template into your own Notion workspace, if you haven't already.
  2. Start in Profile. Replace example information with your own details, links, and important dates.
  3. Open Tasks and capture a few real to-dos. Choose a view that helps you see the next useful action.
  4. Visit Life, Rest & Recharge, and Brain Archive. Keep the areas you'll use; leave the others for later.
  5. Review your dashboard and bring forward only the linked views, shortcuts, or reminders you want to see regularly.

Customize gently

One helpful precaution

Before big structural changes, duplicate a page or make a backup of your workspace. A linked database view and the underlying database are not the same thing; removing a view doesn't necessarily delete its source, but deleting a database can affect other areas.
