Ever sit down to tackle one simple task, only to find yourself 20 minutes later researching the best way to organize your pantry, ordering dog treats, and wondering why you walked into the kitchen? Yep. Welcome to the wonderfully chaotic world of a busy brain.
That's why we created The Focus Den — a cozy little corner of calm designed to help you focus on one thing at a time, without the pressure to do all the things.
Whether you're tackling a work project, paying that bill you've been avoiding, cleaning out the mystery drawer, or finally responding to an email from three weeks ago, the Focus Den gives you a gentle place to start. No complicated systems. No mile-long to-do lists. Just you, one tiny win, and a timer that's on your side.
The Pomodoro Technique is a time-management method built around short, focused work sessions followed by intentional breaks. Traditionally, you focus for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break, and repeat. After four rounds, you take a longer break — usually 15 to 30 minutes.
The idea is simple: instead of staring down an overwhelming task and wondering how you'll ever finish it, you commit to showing up for one manageable chunk of time.
And for ADHD brains? That little bit of structure can be surprisingly helpful. A clear starting point, a visible finish line, and permission to step away can make getting started feel less intimidating. It's not a magic fix, and it won't work for everyone, but it can be a useful tool in your ADHD-friendly toolbox.
We love a good system. We just don't love systems that make us feel like we've failed when life inevitably happens.
That's why the Focus Den lets you customize your work and break times. Twenty-five minutes feeling impossible today? Start with ten. Need longer breaks? Take them. Finally found your groove and don't want to interrupt it? You get to decide what works.
The full Focus Den also includes a One Tiny Win space to name the next thing you're working on and a Brain Parking Lot for all those brilliant, inconvenient thoughts that pop into your head mid-task. Write them down, let them hang out somewhere safe, and come back when you're ready.
And because we know how easily the day can get away from us, there's a simple session tracker to remind you of the progress you've made — not to judge how much you haven't.
Some days, you'll knock out four focus sessions and feel like a productivity goddess. Other days, your biggest victory will be opening the document you've been avoiding.
Both count.
The Focus Den isn't here to make you do more, squeeze every ounce of productivity out of your day, or earn your right to rest. It's here to help make the things you want or need to do feel a little easier to begin.
So pick one thing, set your timer, and give yourself permission to start small.
The rest can wait, mama. ♡

Your Focus Den, Your Browser, Your Business.
The Focus Den runs right in your web browser, which means there’s no account to create, no login to remember (because who needs another password?), and no personal information sent to us. Your timer settings, current focus session, tasks, and Brain Parking Lot thoughts are saved locally in your browser using something called local storage. That means you can refresh the page or come back later and pick up where you left off!
Your saved information stays with that specific browser and device, so it won’t automatically follow you from your phone to your laptop.
If you clear your browser’s website data, use private browsing, or access Focus Den through a Notion embed instead of directly through the website, your saved information may not carry over.
No tracking, no accounts, no unnecessary complications. Just a little space to focus, breathe, and get things done at your own pace. 💙
